Does anyone recommend getting this instead of the alternate free version? It has had a lot of updates since the latest free version release.
I don't know about all the features but the paid one has support for high heels which makes me consider getting it.
Someone who uses it can give an opinion?

I talked about alrdy once.
You have to make a new fresh single Install of Virt a Mate for your Creations.
One Proof is the Creator Wolverine333
He realy done great Job with his looks.... But he dont understand he has to make a fresh install.
For some of his Looks you need much more than 100 other Vars...
When you look in the Json in the Var (not the Master Json.. the Json for the Scene.)
You see why....
You see things like this:

This is a Problem in the Var System of Virt a Mate.
The real only Way to fix this Problem:
Install a fresh Virt a Mate. (You can install more than one Virt a Mate on your HDD/SDD....)
with only the Vars you realy want to use for you Creations... Like Acid Bubble or some Morphs...
But dont create Looks or Scenes with your normal Virt a Mate build.
You will do just Fubar like Wolverine333 with his crazy Dependencies of Vars....
(Hope you read this Wolverin333!, Your Looks are Great !... AND FREE !!!!)
This is a big Problem in the Community lol....
Build only Creations with a fresh VAM with the Vars you only want to use with your Creations. !!!
Or you do FUBAR.

This is the reason I started repacking vars in the first place. For example, I have been repacking Nameerf/A1X stuff. I can't even findA Thing for all Creators (Tipp.)

!!! µêæτÜäµò┤σÉêσÅÿσ╜ó OR δ╜Ç∞âñ∞ï£.assetbundle. Easy fix. To fix this problem, I just opened the scene json with notepad, press CTRL+F typed in assetbundle and the true name is still inside the json. Just copy and paste it into the filename. The true filename was 뽀샤시.assetbundle. Now it loads.

yeah but thing is.... its some times much work to repair the Jsons and Vars....
The Point is... its the Wrong Way...
If Everyone do Creations with Fresh Vam installations... we dont have this Fubar ^^
But i know... i repair many of the Vars in my Collections...
But this is even the Point why i dont like to do more Big Packs...
Its just to much non sense Work in the Jsons and Vars of the Original Vars...
To much shitty Work for nothing.
And when Virt a Mate 2 is out... you just can Delete all of it...

I'm not sure it would take less time having to switch between two VAM installations everytime you need to find something to add in your scene.
Editing a JSON seems easier.

I am sure someone will find a way to import their 1.x models. People will always find a way. Speaking of 2.x, has Meshed even posted anything lately? Trelo updates=dead, discord updates=dead and his patreon updates=dead. Latest post I seen from him was April 1/April fools joke discord announcement. I am sure the scripters of VaM are in the know. MacGruber, AcidBubbles, JayJayWon, Hunting-Succubus, LFE and everlaster to name a few, probably have some info on 2.0. They need to know what they are going to be working with down the road. Meshed is losing patrons pretty fast. Monday he was at 13,600+. Now at 12,683. Minimum $2 USD, that's $23,366 PER MONTH. Dude rich AF
Now, back to the sharing. Fixed missing dependencies.
It's free, but needed HentAI.Demon.latest which is not on the hub. I fixed it.

From the top of my head some reasons why animations might not be playing:
- there's a pause/play button in the menu
- there a "freeze animation" checkbox in the menu
- there might be a trigger you need to activate before an animation starts
- there might be a missing script dependency
- shit might be fucked beyond repair
And you also have to add the path of the newly archived morphs in the meta.json, but i'm not completely sure it's a mandatory step as it seemed to work without doing that.

sometimes it helps to refresh the page to get another DL-server...
when I refresh 2-3 times I can DL with upto 500 kB/s...

Why do you complain when you get free stuff? You can get a better download speed from the source itself by supporting the creators.
